This information is used solely for the purpose of generating your carrier packet PDF document.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit or debit card numbers. All payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe on their secure servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Automatically collected information
We may collect standard server log information including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. This information is used to maintain and improve the Service.

Your carrier packet form data is retained for a limited period to allow you to download your PDF and for our records. Generated PDF files are stored on our servers temporarily and may be deleted after 30 days. Your email address may be retained for support purposes.
