TruckerPacket provides a W-9 information summary in your packet, but brokers need the actual signed IRS form separately.

TruckerPacket generates a standard format accepted by most freight brokers. However, broker acceptance depends on many factors we cannot control: your MC authority age, insurance coverage levels, your CSA safety score, individual broker requirements, and whether the broker uses a proprietary onboarding platform. We cannot guarantee acceptance by any specific broker.

MyCarrierPackets, Highway, and RMIS are digital carrier onboarding platforms that some brokers use. When a broker invites you to one of these platforms, you fill in their specific form — your TruckerPacket PDF gives you all the information you need to complete those forms quickly and accurately.
